The clear, unaged corn whiskey became transformed into a bold amber liquid with a distinctively smooth flavour that makes Bourbon what it is today. Produced by Heaven Hill Distillery, America’s largest independent, family-owned and led distillery and the world’s second-largest holder of Kentucky Bourbon. Elijah Craig Small Batch has a delightfully complex aroma with notes of vanilla bean, sweet fruit and fresh mint. An initial woodiness on the palate accented by spice, smoke and nutmeg. The finish is long, sweet and slightly toasty.
