A new Single Malt Irish Whiskey from Roe & Co family that uses the solera method and one of the first-ever casks produced at the distillery. As per the Solera method, a series of refill and first-fill American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels, Alligator charred American oak barrels, Chestnut barrels with custom toasting profiles, and Sherry casks were used to create a diverse wood profile.
