Method and Madness Single Malt Irish Whiskey 700ml

Method & Madness’ first aged distillate was created solely at the micro-distillery in Midleton. A blend of 60% Rye and 40% malted Barley aged in ex-Bourbon casks and non-chill filtered. This 14-year-old Single Malt was matured in American bourbon barrels and features a parcel of whiskey enhanced with Limousin oak, bringing a light French floral note giving way to crisp barley and sweet wafer.
