Jack Ryan – Finisher’s Touch – 12 Year Old finished in Justino’s madeira 700ml

‘The Generation Trilogy’ third release, FINISHER’S TOUCH, is a 12-year-old Irish Single Malt, matured in bourbon, finished in Justino’s Madeira. We sent bourbon and virgin oak casks all the way to Funchal, where they were seasoned with Madeira by Juan Teixeira. They were then brought back and filled with aged malt, producing this fine whiskey finish and completing The Generation Trilogy. Winner of Gold as overall winner at the 2022 Irish Whiskey Awards in the category ‘Single Malt 12 – 15 years’. All three of The Generation Trilogy – Toomevara, Haddington and Finisher’s Touch – have won Gold in the Irish Whiskey Awards or the San Francisco World Spirits. 3,500 bottles, numbered and signed by Eunan Ryan.
