Tasting Notes

Nose

Expect vibrant and sweet fruit notes, with the Madeira cask contributing to aromas of ripe apricots, figs, and perhaps a touch of raisin. The oak from the Madeira cask adds a layer of vanilla and subtle spiciness, complementing the overall bouquet.

Palate

The initial sip might reveal a burst of sweetness, with the fruity notes from the nose carrying over. Look for flavours like honey, baked apples, and a continuation of the dried fruits

Finish

The finish is medium to long-lasting, with a gradual fade of the sweet and fruity notes. The Madeira cask leaves a lingering impression of dried fruits and a touch of wine-like complexity.
